![]() ![]() The line for ice cream is long on the weekends, so try to go between lunch and dinner, if you can. The trail also cuts through the TCC Disc Golf course, which is FREE and seldom used, so grab some frisbees for a nice way to wear out the kids before dinner! Parking is just off New York Ave, near the natatorium. ![]() You can head over to TCC’s Southeast Campus after your ice cream to take advantage of the public walking trail, with exercise stations along the way. They also have a patio for To-Go orders, which was perfect since we had our little pup! The cafe, which is located across the street from TCC Southeast Campus in Arlington, serves a full menu, and everything on it really looks and smells amazing! My biggest regret about our evening is not going for dinner, too! Once you order, you watch as they mix up the ingredients, then pour out cream on a frozen anti-griddle, which lowers the temperature down to -4 degrees fahrenheit. Their unique ice cream flavors include Grease Monkey, a combination of Nutella and banana, Mega Matcha made with white chocolate, strawberries and green tea matcha and a delicious Oreo Mudslide! It’s not just that the ice cream is served rolled-up like a canoli, instead of scooped up into a ball, that makes the ice cream at Orchid City Fusion Cafe so good, but it’s event to stand around with a group of strangers and watch as they actually hand make the ice cream right in front of you!
